We offer Positive Behaviour Support aimed at enhancing the quality of life, decreasing behaviours of concern, and strengthening the skills and environments surrounding the participant. Our experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners utilise evidence-based, person-centred strategies and work closely with all stakeholders involved. Our services include functional behaviour assessments, behaviour support plans, training for support staff, ongoing monitoring, and therapies.

We offer Support Coordination to help participants understand their NDIS plans and connect with suitable providers. Our coordinators assist with navigating services, resolving obstacles, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and ensuring that supports align with each participant’s goals. Our focus is on building capacity, increasing independence, and promoting consistent, high-quality outcomes across all services.

We offer Support Work to help participants with daily living, community access, and building independence. Our support workers prioritise person-centred, practical assistance, focusing on routines, skill development, social participation, and safe community engagement. Our services are tailored to meet individual goals and can be provided either at home or in the community.

Our accredited mental health social workers offer evidence-based counselling to support clients facing stress, anxiety, low mood, trauma, and various life challenges. Therapy sessions focus on practical strategies, emotional well-being, and resilience-building. Services are available through private funding, Mental Health Care Plans, WorkCover, or other eligible referral pathways.

We offer Key Worker services designed to assist participants and their families through coordinated, person-centered care. Our Key Workers serve as a single point of contact, facilitating streamlined communication, organising support services, and ensuring that goals are understood by all providers involved. They collaborate with therapists, families, and support networks to monitor progress, address challenges, and promote consistent outcomes.

We offer clinical supervision provided by experienced, advanced Behaviour Support Practitioners. Our supervision helps BSPs enhance their clinical skills, improve behaviour support planning, navigate complex cases, and comply with NDIS Commission requirements.

We offer telehealth appointments to make accessing support flexible and convenient for participants. Telehealth sessions are delivered securely through Microsoft Teams, allowing you to connect with your practitioner from home or any location that suits you.
Before your appointment, you will receive a Microsoft Teams meeting link via email (and SMS if requested). Simply click the link at your scheduled time to join the session.
Our telehealth services provide the same high-quality support as in-person sessions, including assessments, therapy, progress reviews, and consultations with family or support networks where appropriate.
